A Surprise Proposal at the Crepe Myrtle Trails | McKinney, TX Proposal Photographer
There’s something truly magical about photographing a surprise proposal; especially when it happens on a perfect summer evening in one of North Texas’s most beautiful hidden gems: the Crepe Myrtle Trails of McKinney.
It was a warm, golden evening in June, and everything came together just right. The sun filtered softly through the crepe myrtles, the setting was peaceful and private and she had absolutely no idea what was coming.
Her partner had reached out in advance to plan the moment, and we coordinated all the details. From the exact location to how he’d guide her to “the spot.” I arrived early to blend into the background, camera ready, and heart racing right along with his.
And when the moment came? Pure joy. She was completely surprised, overcome with emotion and of course, she said yes.
After the big moment, we took some time to wander through the blooming trails and capture a few engagement portraits while the excitement was still fresh. The love, the laughter, the genuine shock on her face—it was everything that makes proposal photography so rewarding.
Whether you're planning to pop the question in McKinney, Frisco, or anywhere across the DFW metroplex, I’d love to help you plan an stress-free, beautifully captured surprise proposal. These are the once-in-a-lifetime moments worth remembering forever and I’m here to make sure you can.
